Generally speaking, for PET bottles bigger than 2 liters, we could choose PET materials with IV (intrinsic viscosity, inherent viscosity) value between 70~75ml/g, and for PET bottles less than 2 liters, we could choose PET materials with IV value between 75~85ml/g, thus we could gain PET bottles with higher mechanical properties and better optical properties.

Station #1 Injection Molding: The preforms are injected out by main machine, the molding procedure adopts hot runner technology to improve the service efficiency of raw materials.
Station #2 Stretch Blow Molding: The preforms are moved together with the heatretaining mould cores to the stretch blowing mould, then high pressure compressed air is blown into inside of preform to form final design shape of containers.
Station #3 Demolding: The finished containers are demolded from ISBM mould at mouth position by blowing air.
